With nearly 20 years of dedicated experience in Early Years Education, Michelle is passionate about nurturing young minds at Lakeshore Early Learning.
She brings extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, applying her expertise to create a nurturing environment where every child thrives.
Michelle holds certifications including First Aid, Working with Children, Certified Supervisor, and Proficient Teacher Registration. Her qualifications include a Certificate III in Children’s Services, a Bachelor of Teaching, and a Diploma in Children’s Services.
As a mother of two little girls, Michelle understands firsthand the importance of a supportive and enriching early childhood experience for both children and their families.
She excels in collaborating with colleagues, engaging families, and fostering community connections, all while driving a culture of excellence.
Michelle’s leadership ensures Lakeshore Early Learning is a place where children feel valued, inspired, and empowered to explore and learn.
