Diploma and Cert III Educators
We are seeking inspiring and innovative Permanent Diploma and Cert III Educators.
The successful candidates will have a passion for delivering high quality education and care and be able to work collaboratively with all educators to ensure high quality practice is achieved.
To be considered for the role, you will require:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (for lead role)
- Certificate III as a minimum for Assistant educator roles.
- Experience in delivering and implementing high quality education and care within an Education and Care setting
- Knowledge of or willingness to understand the Education and Care Services Regulations and Law
- Knowledge of or willingness to understand the Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Standard
Role Requirements
- Reporting to the Centre Director and Assistant Director, you will be required to assist in the supervision, care and education of children, and support the successful day-to-day operation of the centre.
- Plan and implement suitable programs for children attending the centre, supporting their general development, in conjunction with creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- You will need to be compassionate, can build rapport with both children and parents, be hygiene and safety focused, and be a positive team player.
Permanent position
- Must be available up to 37.5 hours per week, between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm with a renumeration of $25 – $35 per hour
